At the end of the program, participants who have completed the entire course and successfully passed the certification exam are issued a certificate of completion in accordance with the EAGT requirements
The program was created by the Metamorphosis Association in accordance with the EAGT standards, is focused on the code of ethics and the list of competencies of the Gestalt therapist, combines the educational principles of teaching the Gestalt approach through experience and in-depth theoretical, methodological and practical training of students.
During the program, it is planned to attend two in-person intensive seminars – at least 30 academic hours each, excluding therapeutic and supervisory work, and one conference. Throughout the training, online or in-person work in small groups is also envisaged: joint reading of literature, work in the therapist-client-observer mode. In the 3rd year of training, participants gain practical experience working as consultants under supervision.
Throughout the entire training cycle, the course curator leads and supports the group, schedules, interacts with students and teachers, and participates in all seminars.
3 theoretical blocks on topics: 24 hours each, including 3-hour credit and written work in part-time form, plus one lecture - repetition of the block Fundamentals of Gestalt therapy (philosophical and attitudinal foundations of the approach, basic concepts: Self theory, contact theory) with final written work in essay format.
