Uncertainty is almost inevitable and, in a way, even a familiar part of our lives. But when the level of uncertainty is high, it can affect a whole range of important aspects of our lives.
The programme is designed for practitioners who wish to deepen their understanding of the complexities of working with people adapting to life abroad.
It is led by Olga Movchan, a psychotherapist and Gestalt therapist with twenty-four years' experience, and Anna Getman, a psychologist and Gestalt therapist with seventeen years' experience.

Nine modules, one per month, online.
Each session lasts four hours, supplemented by recorded lectures.
Fee: €100 per session (module).
Homework assignments and peer-supervision groups between modules, for collaborative work on the themes and exercises proposed by the facilitators.
Admission is by interview.

Psychotherapists and psychologists (both those starting out and experienced practitioners who work with issues of relocation and adaptation).
Supervisors and educators (seeking to formalise their approach to "emigration-related" presentations).
Therapists with personal experience of relocation (who wish to integrate it into their practice).
Your clients live between cultures and are facing the loss of status, language, and familiar surroundings.
You wish to support clients through the process of emigration with confidence from the decision to leave through to the rebuilding of stable foundations.
You value community, depth, and a structured approach.

A map of the emigration process: the phases of adaptation, culture shock, "dual loyalty," and questions of identity and belonging.
Practical tools for working individually and with couples, families, and children — and for holding the frame amid high uncertainty.
Techniques and interventions for working with loss (social, professional, and linguistic), shame and guilt, regression, and aggression as a resource.
Practice and case work: live demonstrations, small-group work, discussion of real cases, and homework with feedback.
Materials: checklists, worksheets, and recommended reading.
A certificate of completion and specialisation (upon fulfilment of the requirements).
